Booking data: Requests received, accepted/refused bookings, service history

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to:

Create and manage your professional account
Display your services to Werugo users
Manage booking requests and confirmations
Process payments via Stripe
Send notifications (new bookings, changes, cancellations)
Ensure platform security and prevent fraud
Improve our services and analyze platform usage

4. Payments and Stripe

Payments are processed through Stripe. When a client makes a booking, the payment may be authorized first and captured only after the provider accepts the booking, depending on the selected configuration.

Banking and card details are processed directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

5. Data Sharing

Your data may be shared with:

Stripe: Payment processing and fund transfers
Firebase (Google): Hosting, authentication, database, and push notifications
Werugo Clients: Professional name, description, photos, pricing, and availability

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

Your data is retained for as long as your account remains active. If you request account deletion, your data will be deleted or anonymized, except where legal obligations (such as accounting requirements) require retention.
